Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the HÄST GO mobile application, operated by HÄST (the "Company"), Christou Lada 1, Plateia Karytsi, Athens, Greece. By signing in to the app you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the app

HÄST GO is an internal professional tool. It may be used only by people who have been issued an account by the Company or by a partner newsroom organization. There is no public sign-up, and the app offers no functionality without an account.

2. Accounts

Accounts are personal. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share your account, and notify us promptly at hi@hast.gr if you believe your account has been compromised. The Company may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when your working relationship with the Company or a partner organization ends.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for professional newsgathering and related newsroom work.
• Record and upload only material you are entitled to record, in compliance with applicable law and your organization's editorial and ethics policies.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's backend systems, other users' content, or collections outside your authorization.
• Do not use the app to store or transmit unlawful material.

4. Content

Footage and related material you deliver through the app become part of the newsroom's media archive and are handled in accordance with your agreement with your organization and the Company's editorial policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for what you record and upload.

5. Availability

The app and its backend services are provided "as is" for internal use. The Company may modify, interrupt, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Privacy

How the app handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
